How does it work?

We come and set up at your location of choice, greet you upon arrival and then leave you to enjoy! Once your picnic is complete, we come back and clean up. We ask that you do not leave your set up unattended, due to wildlife in the smokies. Bears sure do love human food! 

 

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we can change reservation date or time without penalty up to 72 hours before your event. If bad weather is expected, do not panic! We can deliver the picnic to an indoor location (provided by you) or reschedule your booking. If you would like to reschedule, we ask for 48 hours advance notice and for the reschedule date to be within 2 months of the original booking date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At the time of booking, an invoice will be sent to your email for online payment.  50% of payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 24 hours before your picnic date.

Do you serve alcohol?

No we do not. It is the responsibility of the client to check any rules and regulations pertaining to alcohol usage at the event site.

Practically Perfect Picnics takes no responsibility of any alcohol consumption.

Where can I have my picnic?

Any private spaces you have access to (like your own home/backyard), or we can get permits to set up in parks (additional fee may apply). We can also set up at cabins!

How long can I picnic?

We offer up to 2 hours for picnic enjoyment! If you want to add additional time, we can arrange that! (additional fees may apply)
